Italian Lawyers in Switzerland

ITALAW brings together Italian lawyers in Switzerland, present in Zurich, Bern and Cham: a fixed point of reference for those who live between the two countries and face matters of Italian law.

Our mission

We provide Italian and cross-border legal advice to people in Switzerland who face Italian legal matters — and to people in Italy who need to deal with Swiss matters. We bring Italian expertise to where our clients are, with personal advice that combines both legal perspectives.

A cross-border approach

Italian and Swiss law follow different logics, deadlines and instances. We work regularly on both sides: we handle the proceedings in Italy while staying in contact with you in Switzerland, coordinating notaries, fiduciaries and Italian colleagues where needed — without you losing sight of your case.

A single point of contact, from the first meeting to the closing

We favour continuity over fragmentation: whoever takes on your matter follows it through to its conclusion, keeping you informed at the relevant steps. This builds a relationship of trust over time — not a single, isolated service.

Proximity and language

We receive you in Zurich, Bern and Cham, by appointment only, or by video call if you prefer. Advice is available in Italian, German, English and French — in the language in which you feel most comfortable.
